Orders and ShippingPersonalized Herbal Treatment Formulas: We may require up to two weeks to determine and make your formula before shipping. Orders are shipped by commercial shipping services such as Fedex or UPS, including insurance, unless otherwise instructed. You will be notified by email if an item is out of stock, or if there is any other cause for delay. Orders under 1 lb are shipped by US Postal Service. All other orders are shipped by commercial shipping services such as Fedex or UPS, including insurance, unless otherwise instructed. You may request tracking numbers by contacting: info@healingthesource.com Energy Analysis and Diet Consultation: Due to the length of time spent on each order, there is usually a wait time of four to six weeks for processing and shipping. A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of your order, providing the expected date of shipment. For urgent health conditions requests may be made for priority status. Orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Returns and ExchangesPersonalized Herbal Treatment Formulas: Uncooked, unopened packages of herbs may be returned for refund or exchange. Before returning your herbs, please contact us by phone or email describing your response to the herb formula and reasons for returning. Packages must be in their original paper wrapper with the written formula name clearly visible on the outside to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds do not include original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for any lost or damaged shipments when returning herbs. Please pack the herbs securely and obtain shipping insurance. For reasons of public health safety, we cannot accept opened packages or cooked herbs for return or exchange. Individual Herbs: Uncooked, unopened packages may be returned for refund or exchange.
